Magnolia Lodge, situated within the 10 acre grounds of Stover Park Farm, is the perfect base to explore Dartmoor, South Devon and its Beaches. We’re  just 3 minutes from the A38 Devon Express Way, and 1 mile outside the market town of Newton Abbot.

The spacious accommodation, all on ground floor level, features a contemporary wood burner in the lounge, ideal for those cosy evenings in front of the fire and well appointed kitchen with range cooker and built in appliances, for the chefs amongst you.  The 2 bedroomed property sleeps 5 (+ cot) and benefits from 2 bathrooms.  Outside there’s an enclosed  garden and our little Hideaway Hut provides a great space for BBQs, the shed contains a range of outdoor toys, ideal for younger guests (or the young at heart) and there is ample parking.

We are very Dog Friendly and are happy to welcome 2 small/medium well behaved dogs.
